Thank you for purchasing our products at Sea, Land & Air Ltd
Refunds
Due to the nature of the product being personalised to order, SLA only provide refunds for items that are defective or are not as was describe within the first 30 days from purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to contact us direct to advise of the issue and have to return the product within 30 calendar days from purchase/receipt. If the item is damaged through misuse, abuse or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Repair or Replacement
After the 30 day time period, SLA will only offer a repair or replacement for defective products. In order to be eligible for a repair or replacement you will be required to return the product to SLA who will issue a pre-paid returns label upon request.
We will then examine the items to see if the following manufacturing warranty points are met. Covered Defects - zips, faulty stitching or product quality. Not Covered - normal wear and tear, fabric fading, piling or fabric thinning from regular use. Misuse or product abuse.
Due to all items being embroidered/printed to order, SLA do not offer a refund/replacement for items that are not damaged or covered by manufacturing warranty.
Monies are NOT transferable against other items.
